Don't know about a Quad but I completed these matches (regular T/C 40 in 120)
against Nimzo2000 and Hiarcs 7.32:

  Deep Junior 6 - Nimzo 2000    14 : 7  (+10 -3 =8)
  Deep Junior 6 - Hiarcs 7.32   11 : 4  (+10 -3 =2)

 at this point I have:

  Deep Junior 6 - Shredder 4     +5 -0 =1


Hardware:  Deep Junior 6 - dual Celeron/500 with 320 Mb RAM
vs.P3/550 with 256 Mb RAM

All Nalimov tablebases (5 and less) are used by Hiarcs, DJ6, Shredder.
And yes, all games are available if anyone would like to see them.

ps. By the way - I registered my Deep Junior but never received a notification
about Deep Junior 6a. Is there such a version? Thanks.
