Newly elected moderators will get email explaining the situation.  It is a very
small list in terms of actual posters that are banned.  As far as I know it's
just Sean and Chris, although there was a "Shaun Graham" who is now posting
under a different name, I think.

It is a little hard to find.  Go to http://www.icdchess.com and try to find CCC,
and you'll run across the charter.
