The problem is that you can request as many as you want.  And also on other
free email servers as well.  And then post thru an anonymous replayer.  And
make it essentially impossible to track it back to the source without a lot
of cooperation from people that are too busy doing other things to cooperate.

Unless you do something illegal or serious enough to warrant a legal tort.  Then
the various sites can be forced to reveal the person's actual
address/identity...  But that is not common and not easy to do...
