Might depend on how long the account has been active. If it's
really someone that is brand new, then I would be inclined to
initiate a ban. I would most definitely delete the post.

Hmmm... I'm not sure that the principal has much jurisdiction off of
school grounds, but I would likely try to bring the two to a peaceful
solution. Perhaps a polite email to the alleged offender. I would
try to avoid getting caught in the middle of a long term dispute,
though.

I don't see a problem with that, at least if it's only one post.

There is no easy solution to this one, and I think you know that.
Whatever action was taken would be the result of a lot of discussion
with fellow moderators.

Personally, I don't see the big deal. If it's offensive to some,
I would be inclined to politely ask the offender to lay off of the
profanities. Defintely not something worth starting a huge
debate over, though.

I would say I'm at 3. On Mondays, I might be at 5 or 6. :-)

Yes. Without question. I'm all about "the greater good."
