Hi Mark,

I assume you mean Nalimov's tablebases.  You can find
Crafty's probe code in the probe.c module.

I had problems when I first started using the tb's,
because the bitmap structure I used in Galahad wasn't
the same as Bob's.  To probe correctly, I had to
"map" my bitmap structure to Bob's.  I'm sure this
cost me dearly.  Current versions of Galahad don't
even use bitmaps (well, very few), so I'm not sure
what I'm going to do about probing tablebases.
