Yes, including the one titled "Dijkstra Considered Harmful" !

Actually, I read somewhere that it was Tony Hoare (acting as Editor of ACM) who
gave Dr. Dijkstra's famous article that catchy title.  Dr. Dijkstra himself had
nothing to do with the title, but still had to put up with the ensuing flood of
"X considered harmful" titled articles, most of which were, of course, targeted
against views that he espoused in this or later papers.

I haven't read Knuth's response.  Do you know where/when it was published? I
don't want to miss this one.
