James, it is not fair to create such a scandal.

Can you describe the serious problems you encountered over 4 hours messing with
this thing?

I'm sure we can help you. Most users had no problems so far, except a few minor
ones that have all been solved by now.

Is it possible that you send your database file to another owner of the
Rebel-Tiger product? If this user can usually read CBF files but not yours,
maybe yours has a different format, or something special in it? I don't mean it
is corrupted, but we should check if the problem comes from the program or from
the database first...

I'm almost sure we can solve everything and that you'll not regret to have spent
your money in Rebel-Tiger.
