Bullet APPEARS to be LESS THAN three minutes, although I have seen a different
definition on ICC, that being three minutes OR LESS.
For Fischer time, take the base time, and then add the bonus time multiplied by
40 moves. So a 2/1 Fischer game would be Bullet, but a 2/2 would be Blitz.
Is that understandable?
