such nonsence ,look at the quality of the games of junior who is likely to win by a large margin,it has a better grasp of position and tactics and that is why it has performed so well.If the quality of these programs were similer in content there might be substance in this statement,but if you go over the games ,junior is on a level above anything else.as for statistics they can prove anything you want them to prove.e.g all elephants are grey,and all elephants are animals,therefore all animals are elephants!
