DO NOT DO THAT!

It would erase whatever you previously had in your CONFIG.SYS file.

The right way is to MODIFY your current config.sys.

1) Start NotePad
2) Click File -> Open
3) In the "name" box, type   c:\config.sys
4) Click OK
5) At the end of the text that appears (if any), create a new line:
     files=20
6) Save the file


Are you sure that you installed Rebel 10 before starting it?
