I suggest that when troll makers managed to get a thread expand like this
one, moderators would delete such a thread.

Say, if the troll maker get less than five replies and the thread then dies,
it's OK, but more expanding stupidness could be moved away, and continued
e.g. via e-mail. What do you think?
