Mr. Meyer-Kahlen:
Ththank you for your response. I have uninstalled Shredder4 and reinstalled it
to make sure that it was a good installation. Many players like me buy Shredder
with the Thompson set because it is believed that Shredder offers the best
interface to the endgame CDs.
The problem comes after I create a position in File/Edit Position. I then click
on "OK" in the Edit Position dialog and the program hangs. (Black K+P+N vs.
White K+B.)
What is supposed to happen? How does one save that program and when does
Shredder ask for the proper CD?
