 I did not ask in "an insulting way." However your comments were disrespectful
and unacceptable. I suggest that everyone look at my first post and see that I
am right. It is unfortunate the we get such hostile responses to a simple query.
 And I did post the 5 pieces. Before you issue mindless criticism, you should
read the post. It is that sort of negative attitude towards customers which
distinguishes bad service from good service. "The customer is always wrong."
  If a program hangs when a simple task is required, then that is a serious
problem and is not solved my hostile and useless comments.
  We should contrast this with the polite and useful manner in which the
Chessbase people respond to queries.
