My advise is forget about this program as soon as possible. I bought it a couple of years ago and then I installed and uninstalled it hundreds of time. I couldn't even start it but the program gave me a message that I was already running it. I couldn't received any help from the manifactorer. Once I was so licky to get a message from Sierra and they wrote that it was the fault with MY COMPUTOR ! After that I threw that CD in the bin and all my troubles stopped. Buy Fritz and enjoy life !
