i sincerely believe not "any" average player can beat shredder 4. my friend who has beaten 3 grandmasters in one tournament back home as an "unknown" from a small town, don't even compare the way shredder plays blitz. i played with him numerous times in the past and i know he would be beaten by shredder. if you really have misgivings about shredder, please send your copy my way...
