Sorry, I didn't get your point.

Until now I have answered any question regarding Shredder which I was asked
personally. If there was a question in this or any other chess forum I have read
I also answered every time. Please note that I can't read every message in this
forum.

There is also offical support for Shredder. Please check your CD booklet for
more information.

Did you make bad experiences with this support?
