Greetings all, I am having a few problems finding information on the newly released Junior 6. Not only are there no reviews but even the information on the Chessbase website is rather sparse, to say the least! For instance, I understand Junior 6 can access Nalimov tablebases (in the compressed format?) but does it use persistant hash tables as was the case with Hiracs 7.32, for example. And what of it's "style". I am led to believe that it is a relatively fast searcher (though not as fast as Fritz) and seems to have a reasonable grasp of positional play. Is it a good endgame player? From the latest SSDF list and Cadaques Tournament, it appears to be very strong... How would one compare it with Fritz 6 in playing style, endgame and the like? I went to the Junior web site but in hasn't been updated in over 6 months (!) so I am at a loss as where to find any good information. As always, any help is gratefully received. Sincerely, Nick Cooper
