It is on the Rebel Board in the Rebel section:

Anyway your wish is honored as the engine update will come under the Century
outlook.

A few bugs are also solved mainly concerning the personalities. If you now use
the "Strongest Settings" option the default personality will be restored too.
Also the big REBEL-button will be updated correctly now that it checks the
loaded personality too. The log-file can be turned off and on using SHIFT-F8.
I hope to offer the update end of this week for download.
There is also negative news to mention, auto232 will be removed (again) for
reasons as discussed already endlessly.
