Rebel-Tiger HAS a learning system. But it is a simple one, and sometimes a
specific line can be found where it will not work very well (when the opponent
finds a line where the book does not have several variations).

I did not want to spend too much time in a learning algorithm. Usually the book
learning system is useful only for comp-comp games, not against humans.

I prefer to spend more time in improving the chess understanding of my engine.

Obviously I should have been more careful about this.
