There is no connection between SSDF ELO and FIDE ELO.  There was some way to
relate the groups years ago, but we have surely had significant drift since
then.

Presumably, the strongest programs would play well against the best players.

However, there is absolutely no way to know what the relationship between an
SSDF ELO and a FIDE ELO is, except by playing a lot of games between people and
machines on the opposite lists.

An ELO is calculated relative to a pool of opponents.
