What was mentioned below is true.  I am not sure about AMD .. But Intel CPU's
are made with an High life expectancy .. and with me Up grading my cpu's about
every 6 to 12 months I won't see the ill effects of over clocking.  Which should
take about 3 - 5 years.   So you might ask yourself How Does He Know:
