1.Is fritz 6 an evolution from fritz 3 or is it really an all together new program? 2.I spoke to 2 I'Ms, one GM and 1 FM on ICC, they all seemed to think Fritz was the ONE. (Side note i also asked if a person was stranded on an island for 1 year with no knowledge of chess what 5 books would they reccomend as the best ATTEMPT to become a master in 1 year. They all pretty much gave the formula of 1 endgame book, 1 combo book, and best games of Grandmaster A,B, and C.) 3.When is Bruce Moreland going to send me a copy of Ferret? I think by the time he releases it, the market will be overly saturated with progs. He should have long since released it when there weren't so many options. Maybe he is waiting to be the next in line to sell his engine to Mindscape(formerly) :). What's going to happen with the Siemens Nixdorf Giants and Kasp not playing if Fritz plays? At first i thought it was bogus, for him not to play, but it's probably the best BUSINESS decision(How in the world do you get BIZ out of BUS in the word business?).
