I recommend that you get Bob to make the suggestions!  That may let you avoid
many problems.  Notwithstanding that...

Opening book: have Bob send you a book.bin, a books.bin, a position.lrn.  (Or he
may point you to the correct ones to download off of his ftp site.)

Endgame tablebases: do you have enough space for all of the 3, 4, and 5-piece
tables?  These are all available at Bob's ftp site.

Presumably you are testing on one CPU, so use the single CPU version, not the
multiple CPU version.  (Compile without SMP defined.)

Not sure what else.
