The programmer Thorsten Greiner wrote me yesterday (eMail: 17:00 german time)

In german:
Vielleicht findet sich ja jemand, der eine Windows Version macht. Der Code
selber sollte relativ portabel sein. Nur - ich hab kein Windows ...
