Here is what happened: About 3 months ago, Amir directly accused me of writing code in crafty that was only there to 'abuse' the opponents. IE playing on in dead lost games, moving quickly to run the opponent out of time, etc... I absolutely do not do that, and I told him so. He kept the claim alive. I told him that if he felt like that, then obviously he wouldn't want to play a program that is that abusive (if you had seen his history on ICC, you would have noticed that 90% of his games were against me, which is hard to understand if my program was _so_ abusively written.) I then told him here that I was going to +censor him on ICC, that he could play anybody else he wanted. At 10:45 this morning, I saw him on and told crafty to tell him "I am playing a game with diepx, but I will adjourn it right before start time." I then discovered that the "censor" was on (I had totally forgotten about it). At 10:45 (15 minutes before the round started) I disconnected crafty, then logged in myself and removed the censor for ban. I had also censored him but had forgotten about that as well. Apparently right around the time I was removing the censor, he logged on and told the tournament channel that he wasn't playing until I apologized for the censor on CCC. I'm _not_ apologizing, as _I_ didn't make the outrageous statement that I had written crafty specifically to behave in an abusive way. I had planned on lifting the censor for the tournament game, and then put it back on, as I won't play him with a program he claims is "abusive" until he retracts that nonsense. That is all that I know. I didn't see his tells in 164 as I was logged on as Crafty removing the censor. I have no idea what he said, specifically... and see no reason to storm off in a huff. He _knows_ why he was censored. And even if I had not remembered by 11am, a simple request to the TD could have fixed the problem... That's all there is. What happens next is anybody's guess. It certainly does screw up a lot of stuff for a lot of people.
