OK, actually the interesting point is that you are testing an engine that is
commercially available to everyone, so your results are of interest for the
audience.

You can name it 12.0en, that's OK. But "12.0e with new settings" would be
better. Name it 12.0en and you'll get a number of messages asking "What's this
new version 12.0en?".
