The CORRECT procedure for ANY dispute at ANY tournament is to NOT getup and leave. By leaving a tournament you absolve yourself of ANY right of appeal, and the action clearly implies that you are withdrawing. By your leaving you FORCED the round to start late, you inconveninced EVERY other particpant in the tournament and made rather informal friendly amthosphere of the tournament turn sour.
