10. h3 and 11. Nh2 has been played before, but it doesn't impress.  The main
continuation from move 10 is probably 10. Nfd2 O-O 11. Nb3 Bg4 12. Qf1.  Glenn
Johnstone (a Canadian master) has won at least a couple of games as White in
this line.
