I think that Autosave only saves those games you play against Fritz, therefore games with infinite analysis dont seem to be saved. (Try it....?) I always set up my own special database, depending on the games and save to it. Your second question...no Fritz will not play as an opponent...he will just sit there and analyze. If you hit the space bar he will make that move and record the analysis (nice)...If you want Fritz to pick up and play...use the shootout option.
