At this point, I highly doubt it. Those would require all of the promoted cases to be used. I thought that FIDE's rules allowed a TD to specify an optional extension to the fifty-move rule, but since this is apparently no longer the case (the rule has been revised again to exclude this possibility), Eugene might want to give some thought to restandardizing on distance to conversion.
