Bob, by agreeing to enter the same event you de facto agreed not to treat Amir
as a persona non grata.

During Karpov-Korchnoi (Baguio'78) Karpov refused to shake hands before game 8.
The internationally respected chief arbiter, Mr. Lothar Schmidt, later
criticized Karpov for _DISRUPTING THE EVENT_ by not warning the organizers about
his intended behavior. Whatever the pre-existing reasons for it might have been.
