Chessmaster uses ActiveX controls and the word I got from Mindscape is that the Chessmaster products will not run on NT because of this. In previous posts, there have been references that future versions of ActiveX will support NT but I don't know what the status of that is. For right now, I would say Chessmaster will not run on NT. Shredder 3,4 and Fritz 5.32 run nicely on NT. Also Crafty, GnuChess, Arasan, and a few others. Regards. Steve
