Correct.  I censored him because he accused me (multiple posts) of writing
code specifically intended to be abusive. I couldn't see any reason why he
would want to play such a program, after complaining about it.  But for some
reason he did.  And he complained again.  I censored him to stop the games.
I figured that if he thought my program was 'abusive' but he didn't have enough
self-restraint to avoid playing my program, I would "help".

This was all discussed in a long thread here about 3 months ago.
