But the opponent did have 5-man tablebases. :)

To answer your question though: if white couldn't force a queen with his pawn on
the 5th rank, black can't do it with his pawn on the second. My experience is
that KQPKQ are almost _always_ draws, as it is practically impossible to prevent
the queen checks. Crafty beat Nimzo in a KQPKQP ending, but ironically Nimzo's
pawn allowed it to lose; it prevented a crucial check on h1.
