For the Rebel Tiger engines book the score is not used and it's value is always
zero.
When you use the Lokasoft Engine, the score is the minimaxed value of the moves
score. Depending on the book format, the score is the value given to a position
by the creator of the book, but when de book is created from some database the
score is calculated based on the number of times played and the outcome of the
game. I think the exact formula is somewhere hidden in the online help.
