i have no problem with measuring how good computers are in blitz.

i do it because it is more convinient for me to watch.
i can relax while watching. i could not follow a blitz-game
and watch the main-lines in this speed.

nothing.

i do not preach you what is right or wrong.
i told my opinion about what I think what is senseless.
the automisation of a process that was build to learn,
cannot replaced by a machine presenting you with a Number
as a result in the end.

this was my point.

anybody can filter what anybody wants to read.

that is what captain kirk always does. its called beeing human !
only vulcans do not break their rules. most often. with exceotions.
machines : they do not break their rules. therefore machines are boring.
most often :-)
