<sigh> wish I knew more about chess and less about chess computer programs.... Why is 1.Qg5! a strong move? With 1...Qf6 2.Qg3 and 2...g5 mating threaths are adequately solved? Because the black queen now can block the white queen with Qh6. Why not simply play Qxb2? Or do I miss something terribly important? No - correction - what DO I miss? I can't find it.
