You can download it too, but you could not use it, as you must then upload the Palm ROM from your PalmPilot to your PC. So having a Palm is required to run the emulator. Anyway it would not be very interesting for chess. On a K6-2 450MHz, the emulator runs three times SLOWER than my PalmIIIx (overclocked to 26MHz instead of the genuine 16MHz). I'm not sure if anybody is interested in testing a program running on the equivalent of a 8.67MHz 68000... Christophe
