Chessmaster's opinion is as follows:

-- On number 1, Chessmaster finds a different move for Black that is a more
difficult win for White. Instead of 13...Rb8, The King chooses 13...Qe3. I let
Chessmaster think for about 27 minutes (to a depth of 7/10 -- admittedly, not
very far) on my P2-400 on the position following 13...Qe3, and the result was:

14. Kh2+ Re4 15.Ra2+ Kb7 16.Qb1+ Kc7 17.Rc2+ Kd6 18.Qb8+

...which is a win for white (18...Ke7 19.Rc7+ Ke6 20.Qe8+ Kf5 21.Qh5+ Qg5
22.Rc5+ Re5 23.Rxe5 Kxe5 24. Qxg5+ etc...). So, in a sense, Chessmaster found
the win, but preferred a different reply for black.

-- On Number 2, Chessmaster finds the winning combination in about 10 seconds.

-- On Number 3, Chessmaster first sees the obvious Qxg7+, but after 2:08
switches to the winning combination.
