PGNRES is a little utility (win23 console app) I wrote for getting an overview
of a PGN file. I wrote it so I could get a quick summary of games played by
LambChop on ICC or vs another program in a Winboard match.

It can be downloaded from:

http://homepages.caverock.net.nz/~peter/chess.htm

It has various options for sorting the output: from memory players can be sorted
by total points, total games played, or alphabetically.

PGNRES doesn't do tie-breaking, it doesn't have any concept of a tournament. If
you sort by total points, I think the secondary sort order is alphabetical.
