the highest number of votes will be selected, with the fourth being an
alternate. The candidates' moderation philosophies may be found in the Computer
Chess Resource Center. The results will be hidden until after the election is
over. (Note: If you have signed up after November 30, 1999, you are not eligible
to vote in this election.)
