First off, Congradulations on your election, I am sure your joy will be long lived :) I think when the three of you work out your rules on how you will handle banning whether it will need one, two or the three of you guys to decide on when someone get banned, that you should post that this is how it will work. I think if you announce that it will take the three of your guys to ban someone then that should shut up some people here complaining about banning. If three people think that one person or more should be banned, then I think that the person must have done something to warrant the ban. I am sure that the past three moderators will be happy to leave the current storm of moderation questions that have been floating around for the past weeks. And I think that most will be watching very carefully in how you guys handle things, as to how some people think they might be able to push things and think they can get away with it. Be too strong, and you will become less liked and thus a target. Be too weak and you will be pushed around. Fun times ahead :) Just also remember that ever moderator during each of their reigns have had to put up at one time or another with waves of attacks against them. I am sure that you too will face this at some time, this is where you need to do right, or like some in the past, be labelled as not up to the job. Once again WELCOME and ENJOY your tour of duty, oops, that is term of moderation :)
