It has also played some Alapin games. Once upon a time, the first book I made included a lot of random PGN games, including one that was _only_ Alapin openings. That influenced the frequency counts and caused it to play c3 a lot. But that was replaced two or so years ago and it hasn't played it much recently, although it did try it against Shredder 3 in the ICC tournament. (ended in a quick repetition).
