Isn't it install a: c: AND MOST importantly from DOS with nothing loaded, I don't have help paper but it explains it in detail so when u restart computer u have to press F8 BEFORE it starts loading win98 and then pick 7 I believe, command prompt only, try that one, its one that loads only the basics form PLAIN vanilla DOS, NOT from dosbox in win or you're in win and u restart in DOS, U have to do it the way I told you
