I think that the decision of re-pairing was wrong. I think that if one player is against re-pairing then it is a good reason to avoid re-pairing. Decision to do re-pairing without agreement of everyone simply invite problems. Fortunately there were no problems in this case but suppose that in a similiar case in the future one player is going to refuse to play if there is re-pairing. What is the right decision in this case? Doing another re-pairing without two players? Uri
