I've never used Crafty to analyze before, a big hole in my Crafty knowhow I'm afraid, so I'm not really sure what you're saying exactly. I can annotate easy enough, but that's a diff trick. But it would be convenient if in analyze mode Crafty would output the searches into an ascii file (does it allready?) and then after every search, analyze.c and epd.c got together and attached an epd position for each search, I'm sure the vast majority of the code is allready in place. Was the text you pasted in here from a log file or some sort of analysis file that I don't know about? Also, is there some sort of existing gui that can open a file full of a collection of epd positions, and allow you to choose out of that collection which position it would display on it's board? That would be convenient too. Pete On February 11, 2000 at 19:29:24, Dann Corbit wrote: >Sometimes the really quiet moves are the most interesting.
