I love Dos programs, my favorite programs are in Dos. Besides, there are very
few comercial Dos Chess programs left. But like I said in an earlier post not
related to this one, about the only Chess program that I'll actually sit down
and play a game against anymore is the Dos version of Comet. I go to Crafty if
I want to annotate a game or take advantage of any of it's other cool features,
but to play a game, I use the Dos Comet.

As for Winboard, there's a few things that are not obvious right away, but aside
from the initial bit about learning to set things up in the initiation file,
there's really nothing too strenuous there. Winboard's the best, great
interface, wish there was a way to run Chessbase engines through it, but oh
well, no big loss

But you're welcome to write a new interface if you want, or have the time &
knowhow, are you volenteering??

Pete
