Had a nice talk with my ISP.  They have been very nice and helpful.

I exceeded my bandwidth by about 3 fold so even with my increases I was
_way_ over my limit.  They have set up a short term increase so the web page
should be up within 24 hours.

The initial downloads far exceeded the my expectations (and the limits of my
ISP.)  At present, >550Mb over 2 weeks.
