Shredder hasn't lost a game in paderborn or wmccc. It probably did so badly in Enrique's tournament because its book was not tuned. For the next version, i would like to see more personality options, like in chessmaster or rebel. I find chessmaster and shredder to be the best programs, shredder is more entertaining though, but cm is just as strong. Chess Genius 5 or 6 also seems to be stable - it never makes mistakes which would single handedly lose a game to a program, but it sometimes makes antipositional moves -a human is not impressed. Fritz has a very good style, but it sometimes makes very stupid moves. Rebel also has a good style, but it's not very stable and i once whipped it tactically. I'm not very impressed with junior or hiarcs because they often make "computer moves". I don't have any other programs. I have the best score against fritz or rebel. Worst against chessmaster - it's got the worst style for a human. But a gm could overcome that. I'm writing this coz i feel like it. You must be so dumb and so "have no life" if you've read all this shit up to this point. And i don't think i was making any point with this message. Just testing my creativity and my typing speed. It's hard to come up with senseful sentences when you're not thinking about them.
