For the TEN thousandth time, IE is NOT required. A couple of Microsoft's
standard DLLs are required for HTML Help in Fritz6, but these are included with
Fritz6's installation. The complete IE program is NOT the same thing as a couple
of DLLs which are used WITHIN IE but are also usable separately.
